Bio + Resume

I was born in Costa Rica to a Jewish Belgian mother and a Nicaraguan father. I lived internationally most of my life as my mother fought poverty under the United Nations World Food Programme. I think it explains my tireless devotion to taking leftovers home. The exposure to various languages and cultures influenced the art that draws me and that I create. She is also dedicated to developing written work that empowers women with her writing partner, Krista Amigone.

My path landed me into the University of Pennsylvania, where I was a passionless PreMed student. My favorite months were spent (not) studying Biology abroad in Costa Rica where I made one of my closest friends with whom I started a podcast called Pillowtok (renamed Glimpse of Brilliance). We provided listeners with insight on various topics and common human struggles.

After moving to New York City and training at the William Esper Studio for two years, I was forever changed and have since been an actor and filmmaker in NYC. I’m also dedicated to developing written work that empowers women with my writing partner, Krista Amigone.  Out of that emerged Julian Got The Part, a film about actors and their lives that I produced, co-wrote, and acted in. I also appear on some episodes of a webseries I co-created, the underground: notes.

Recently, I had a baby and am talking about my experience here, a YouTube Channel called Stolen Time.

I love film, series, cooking, cleaning, lounging, chatting, yoga, meditation, podcasts…but really can get into any one of those with perfect obsessive focus for weeks on end. I believe in honesty, mostly.
